William H. Fligeltaub

(Pronounced "Flee-gul-tawb" or just "Fleeg")

Considered by clients and fellow attorneys as one of the best trial lawyers in Seattle, Flig has earned his reputation through an array of professional qualities. He is honest, analytical, personable, and tenacious. Those qualities have helped him for 38 years to pursue a trial practice that includes criminal defense and civil litigation.

As a former senior trial attorney in the King County Prosecutor's Office, Flig navigates the criminal justice system with knowledge of the perspectives of prosecutors. Having represented individuals under investigation or in prosecutions for nearly four decades, he utilizes technicalities and substantive issues to resolve cases for clients, whether in trial or in negotiations. Similarly, in civil litigation, Flig has assisted clients in a range of personal injury cases.

He also has advocated for professionals such as medical doctors, chiropractors, dentists, and accountants before state licensing boards. The diversity of Flig's experiences is illustrated further by his work as a court-appointed arbitrator in civil cases in the Superior Court of the State of Washington (King County).

Because Flig expects to have "professional chemistry" with clients, he provides free 45-minute consultations with potential clients to confirm he and the the potential client will maximize the opportunities for favorable results.
